I am Tatiana Herrada, a lawyer specialized in Construction Law, Infrastructure Projects, and the Prevention and Resolution of Disputes. I have expertise in Public Procurement, Public--Private Partnerships (PPPs), FIDIC Contracts, NEC Contracts, and Dispute Boards.
I work as a consultant, arbitrator, and Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) member in the prevention and resolution of construction disputes.
Construction Law and Dispute Resolution are my passions. And, as passion makes work effortless, I have dedicated myself to continuously studying and training in the areas in which I specialize.
My mission as a consultant, arbitrator, and DAB member is to provide ethical, specialized, efficient, and timely services.

CONSTRUCTION AND INFRASTRUCTURE ARBITRATION
As an arbitrator, I have resolved disputes in over 30 construction arbitration cases, serving as a sole arbitrator, party-appointed arbitrator, and presiding arbitrato.
I believe that the arbitrator should conduct arbitrations with a project management approach, seeking efficiency, order and transparency in the arbitration process, taking care of and respecting the parties' right to due process.
